Didn’t vibe with your Mr.Rabby look? No worries! You can return or exchange your purchase within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are always free—we want you to absolutely love what you wear.

Easy Returns

 

• Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (bank account, UPI, or card).
• COD Orders: Refunds will be processed to your bank account/UPI once you share your details. Please note: the COD handling fee is non-refundable.

Need an Exchange Instead?

 

• Exchanges are simple with Mr.Rabby:
• Pick a new item you like.
• If it costs more, just pay the difference.
• If it costs less, we’ll issue you a gift card for the balance amount.

How to Place a Return/Exchange (within 7 days):

• Your order ID
• Reason for return/exchange
• Clear photos of the product (and an unboxing video if quantity is short or item is damaged)

• For cases of wrong/less quantity, an unboxing video is mandatory.
